About Me
I am Renata Burden, the heart behind Time4Parents.
I have been working in education as a SEN practitioner for over 15 years supporting children aged 4-11 with a wide range of needs from autism and ADHD to sensory processing and emotional regulation challenges.  My BA Hons degree in Health and Social Care from the University of Essex equipped me with skills to provide crucial support to individuals and families, contributing to their well-being and making a tangible positive impact. 
My passion is creating safe, engaging and nurturing environment where every child can thrive and where parents can feel confident stepping back for a moment of well-earned rest or need time to carry out daily tasks I am here to help you reclaim your time and peace of mind. My degree enabled me to focus on a person-centred approach to care, analyse contemporary health and social care challenges and be an advocate for change and wellness.
